PRIMITIVE UMBILICAL ENDOMETRIOSIS COEXISTING WITH URACHAL CYST
Abstract
Umbilical Endometriosis is rare, especially in the postmenopausal woman and without previous pelvic surgery. Urachal cysts are rare too and usually are asymptomatic; they are more frequent in children and, among adults, in men. In this unusual case report we report a primary umbilical endometriosis established in a menopausal 50 year-old woman coexisting with urachal cyst.
Key words: Endometriosis; Umbilical endometriosis; Urachus; Urachal cyst.
